For a human perception to lead to an appropriate perspective, communication is a way to express unmet needs, desires, or aspirations to convey inform or warn one self or others in how to obtain and fulfill one’s needs, desires and aspirations including one’s thoughts , feelings and emotions associated with and pertaining to those needs desires and aspirations for the purpose of sustaining maintaining and living a fulfilling life. Understanding one’s self derives itself from a place of being-ness within one’s self deep in their heart. It is centered in one’s source or God and seeks what it needs to be, know, feel and believe it is whole. Prior lives different states of spirit as well as the soul’s perspective all factor into understanding where one is at or lack thereof in their growth spiritually speaking. These aspects of ourselves must work together and cooperate with each other to effectively be successful to obtain the perspective required to fulfill its needs and communicate them to one’s self through realizations or to others outside one’s self to fulfill its unmet needs. We have physical needs and spiritual needs. Physical needs are clothing material provision or supply for enjoying the material aspects of life including one’s personal power to make choices and fulfill its needs accordingly as they are revealed to the life form they are in. Spiritual needs are understanding one’s self and others the environment they live in or the world and planet and its relationship to God including having wisdom and connection to God. Where the physical and spiritual overlap is in the heart of hearts within the lifeform with the need to love and to be loved for what and who they are. Subconscious instinctual drives of our being-ness create feelings and desires based upon those feelings. Feelings are information and energy and need and or desire expression to express the information they contain to one’s self and or others. This information and energy informs them where to go or seek from within one’s self to fulfill its unmet needs. Whether it is to the outside world or its inner world they the feelings or intuition provide the guidance necessary to achieve fulfilling them. The main obstacle to communication is the ego with its dysfunctional dynamics including its compensations to make up for its lack of being-ness. The true heart of a human being seeks to naturally understand itself and others. The ego however does not and instead seeks to manipulate and control itself and others because of its harsh judgements about itself it has made regarding its outlook on life which is distorted by the illusions it has created to survive not having its needs met that are based in fear and not love. The ego seeks to fulfill its illusions not its needs which leads to unfulfillment and disappointment for its ego and still has its unmet needs to contend with as a result of chasing its illusions. This extra work is what is meant by the term high functioning in regards to diminished mental/emotional capacity when applied to mental health disorders. Understanding how and why the ego does what it does leads to wisdom and connection to God. By taking each feeling captive of the ego and transforming it dissolves the ego’s illusions and frees the mind heart and spirit to determine what its true needs really are by communicating them to the individual they are in. Effective inner communication leads to effective outer communication helping the individual become who they really are and are created to be.
