As Autumn has arrived this year the trees begin along with nature to release and let go of what no longer serves them or has been outgrown. The trees and nature have their own ways of changing with the seasons as do we as human beings. Consciously letting go of what no longer serves us or has been outgrown by a human being can be a single decision to let go of grudges, attitudes, negative energy and all that is associated with it and them. These changes and releases from the one letting go helps to create and make room for positive energy, attitudes and forgiveness. Unconscious letting go is being in touch with such things that have come full circle or long-standing patterns or cycles that have become outgrown and no longer needed. Many times, these points of reflective contemplation reveal their revelations when the pattern or cycle to be released is ready to do so. Sometimes the revelations may come as insight, awareness a change in consciousness leading to the revelation accompanied often with a realization that changes the mindset of the individual for the better usually presented by a choice to choose a better more meaningful direction for their life. The realization comes as a result of an answered prayer, fulfilled intention or a grieved feeling with an emotion that leads to transformation knowledge and insight guiding the choice to be made at this point becomes wisdom and leads to connection to God. Along with this process of change action is required to bring about any fulfillment of any dreams or visions that are associated with letting go of the old to make room for the new. Letting go could also be from a lesson that the soul needs to learn from in conjunction with the heart, mind and spirit. Many times, what was not dealt with in the souls past which includes many lifetimes issues may arise because they didn’t get resolved in the lifetime they were created or developed in. These lessons can have a significant impact on conditions circumstances and attitudes in the present moment. The soul also may be, wasn’t quite ready to deal with them in the past or could have been mature enough as well as mitigating circumstances beyond its control. Sometimes the lesson to be learned is complex and involves learning to heal and forgive in and during the process of evolving and growing. Sometimes the soul needs to allow itself to feel its feelings cry if needed and give voice to the feeling allowing the consciousness that created it to be healed transform and release from within the person’s psyche. This allows any conflicts that may be associated with the expression of the feelings involved to be resolved by honoring them and us as the offended party and to remove the log from our own eyes first before pointing out the speck in another’s eye as Jesus taught. This releases both parties in the issue and conflict to heal and choose again hopefully to understand one another and not project on each other or impose their feelings upon each other. Realizing this is very liberating and freeing and allows each the opportunity to experience who they really are and are created to be.
