Healing deep grief of a broken heart causes a person to experience a wide variety of feelings, emotions and physiological phenomena when it occurs. All these things can cause a person to feel overwhelmed and what seemed like normalcy is changed if properly grieved will be for the better as far as healing from it is concerned. A broken heart spiritually speaking is a discontinuation or apparent discontinuation of love from its source in a relationship with another or oneself. Usually, a broken heart is from the negative consciousness of another acting through them causing the apparent discontinuation of love. A broken heart comes from judgement of a person by another that they either disagree with or they determine may be a threat to them in some way. This ending or discontinuation of love appears and feels real to the person experiencing it. This gets the person who experiences the broken heart in touch with their humanness and brokenness and any associated unconsciousness regarding their ego’s conception of itself God and others through the lens of its humanity as it has defined it for itself. Grief without light source or God is very dark can be frightening and unsettling. Unprocessed emotions and feelings from the past may be unearthed as well as from the present to present an opportunity with God source or light to grow. Jesus Christ said “…with God all things are possible for man” and woman implied. Healing deep grief of a broken heart can be challenging without God and with God it is possible to successfully navigate and get through it to find love peace and joy. Without God source or light’s wisdom and guidance, grief is difficult to navigate let alone go through. With God’s presence and Jesus Christ’s help with the holy spirit streamline the process so that it not only flows but makes sense to the person as far as having content and meaning is concerned for the person through transcendence (rising spiritually above the situation or circumstance concerning the grief) and transformation along with crying that is connected to the feelings and grieving the hurt feelings not the love that is true from God. This along with being from and through another in the relationship from the other healing happens. Knowledge comes and wisdom is obtained as it applies to the situation and circumstance regarding the grief associated with a broken heart. Joy returns to help with each feeling and or emotion that is grieved and healed to fill the void left within us from the loss of or discontinuation of love from God source or light as represented by another or a lost part of ourselves that now returns to us whole healed and complete. During the grieving process the part of ourselves that experiences the broken heart whether it is the inner child or young adult or the present circumstances, understanding as to why the event occurred is received by the person with the broken heart so they can forgive completely and let go of any and all negativity and dysfunction associated with the grief of the broken heart. With God in spirit all things are possible and that is how God works through transcendence and transformation and the broken heart heals and becomes new again better than it was before because now God’s strength has been made perfect in and through weakness. The heart once again experiences joy after each feeling is grieved properly transformed and converted to wisdom allowing the person to become more whole and complete and they become who they really are and are created to be.
